Workbill is built to minimize collection. The app is usable without creating an account, and your work logs are intended to stay on your device unless you opt into Apple-provided syncing features.

What Workbill stores

Projects, billable sessions, rates, and invoice-related data you create in the app.
Purchase state needed to unlock premium features through Apple's in-app purchase system.
Optional Apple ecosystem sync data if you enable iCloud-related features.

What Workbill does not require

No mandatory account registration.
No advertising profile.
No selling of personal data.
