1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the ClarityFlow app (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. App Description

ClarityFlow is a personal decision tracking application that helps you capture purchases, subscriptions, and life decisions — and decide with a clear head. The App stores all your data locally on your device and does not require an account or internet connection to function.

3. Subscription Terms

Auto-Renewable Subscriptions

Premium features are available through auto-renewable subscriptions processed by Apple.

Current subscription options include:

• Monthly Pro – $2.99/month
• Yearly Pro – $19.99/year (save 44%)

Payment & Billing

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel your subscription anytime in your Apple ID Account Settings

Cancellation Policy

• No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during the active subscription period
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle
• You retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period

4. User Content and Behavior

You are responsible for all content you create within the App, including decision titles, notes, and amounts. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

Prohibited Uses

You may not:

• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer or modify the App
• Use automated tools to access or scrape the App

5. Privacy

Your privacy is fundamental to how we built ClarityFlow. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we protect your information. Key points:

• All decision data stays on your device
• No personal information is collected or stored on our servers
• No account or sign-in is required

6. Intellectual Property

The App and its content are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the App without permission
• Use our trademarks or logos without authorization

7. App Store Terms

Your use of the App is also subject to Apple’s App Store Terms and Conditions. In case of any conflict between these Terms and Apple’s Terms, Apple’s Terms shall prevail.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Our total liability for any claims related to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid in the past 12 months
• Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability, so these limitations may not apply to you

9. Warranty Disclaimer

The App is provided “AS IS” without warranty of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

10. Updates and Changes

We may update the App to improve functionality, add features, or address security issues. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
